So, who is Aux and InNetwork?
In June of 2020, CU Service Network went through momentous changes. Originally a regional shared branching servicer, we’ve transformed tremendously over the past five years, becoming the nation’s premier CUSO for credit union outsourcing. As time passed, it became obvious that we needed to create a new brand that aligned with our current mission and services as well as create a whole new CUSO devoted solely to shared branching support. Thus, CU Service Network was split into two CUSOs: Aux and InNetwork.
About Aux
With the shared branching component splitting from CU Service Network, the time was ripe to take a hard look at our brand. What is the key value our outsourced services bring to credit unions? Help them, provide extra assistance, step in when times are tough. We’ve been known as the “people who help the people who help the people,” as the old CU mantra goes. Auxiliary means additional support. Shortened to Aux, it sounds like “ox,” a tried and true icon of strength and stability in financial services. And there you have it.
Why an origami ox? Because origami creates something incredible out of something simple – a piece of paper. Aux helps credit unions do more with less. You’ll see the origami theme peppered throughout our new site.
So welcome to Aux, doing the hard work for you. Aux is a brand that serves the credit union movement: the people who work tirelessly to improve members’ lives, the ones who wear many hats. Those who passionately believe in the future of credit unions – that the best years are yet to come instead of behind them.
Aux serves those who are fearlessly adapting to a tumultuous environment, who look to outsourcing as a means of efficiency and health. Who value partnership, trust, and teamwork.
Aux Team consists of our staff, our clients, and everyone who rallies with us to strengthen the credit union movement.
About InNetwork
Our original shared branching servicing component (from ’92!) moved to a new CUSO called InNetwork, in order to provide collaborative and partnering opportunities with other networks and remain laser-focused on the needs of our shared branching credit unions. We will still be offering the same services you know and love, provided by the same staff…you know and love.
The big difference is we now will be offering more robust collaborative, outsourcing, and partnering solutions to network providers.
InNetwork’s logo retains a similar color palette as legacy CU Service Network brand, which is blue and teal. The key component is the “N” shape for Network, created by connecting lines like a road map. The icon captures the essence of shared branching, which is connection: the inherent connectivity of shared branching, location map for members, and collaborative nature of our new company.
