🧭 The Executive Team

Diane Parham: President/Chief Executive Officer

Diane joined Aux and InNetwork in 2019 as CFO. She led the outsourced Accounting Services department until her selection as CEO of Aux and InNetwork. She has over 20 years of credit union experience and previously was an SVP at Members Choice Credit Union in Houston, Texas. Diane has held positions of both CFO and CLO and was responsible for leading a team of 35 across lending, business intelligence, accounting, operations, risk management, and information technology. During her leadership at Members Choice, Diane developed commercial lending from a Small Business Administration members-only business loan portfolio to a well-rounded commercial loan product offering.

Previously, Diane was the Finance Manager at American Airlines Federal Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas, where she managed five team members, monitored expenses and forecasts, and managed investment and loan participation portfolios. Diane also maintained a $2 billion investment portfolio for the credit union within NCUA guidelines.

Holla Walker: Chief Financial Officer

As the CFO for Aux, Holla leads the popular Outsourced Accounting Service and Strategic CFO Service. which assists credit unions with everything from CFO-level services to daily processing. She helps credit unions with strategic accounting, regulatory help, budgeting, and financials. Holla is a credit union professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations. Since January 2020, she has served as a credit union CFO consultant, providing both tactical and strategic support to credit unions in need. She utilizes her experience to assist credit unions with the challenges they face, integrating credit unions’ strategy into solutions.

Prior to joining Aux, Holla has held several CFO, VP of Finance and Controller positions in the credit union industry throughout her career. Holla holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, Texas.

Gaye DeCesare

Gaye DeCesare, NCCO, BSACS: Chief Compliance Officer

Gaye is head of our Compliance Assistance Service here at Aux. With 35 years of experience in the credit union industry, she has knowledge of and practical experience in almost every area of credit union operations. Specializing primarily in compliance for more than 25 years, Gaye served on the NAFCU Compliance Standards and Practices Commission that developed the NCCO certification program and is a founding member of both the Capital Area Compliance Roundtable and regional BSA Compliance Roundtable. Needless to say, Gaye is an incredible resource for credit unions.

Gaye was among the first in the nation to earn the designations of NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) and CUNA Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) when the programs were introduced in 1997 and 2000, respectively. Gaye is a current member of Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN), which connects and empowers credit union women from around the world.

Gaye has been a featured speaker at national trade association conferences, as well as numerous state league events. She has a degree from Gettysburg College.

Alan Bergstrom

Alan Bergstrom: Chief Marketing Officer

Alan is a passionate credit union veteran, having served as Chief Marketing Officer for two different $B+ credit unions and as Director, Brand and Creative Services for CUNA Mutual Group’s TruStage brand, from its launch to its successful establishment as a leading business line. Most recently, he was CEO of Exclamation Services, a CUSO focused on helping small and medium-sized credit unions in Wisconsin compete more effectively.

Alan is recognized by the credit union industry as a visionary leader and top marketer. He has been trained through Filene’s i3 innovation program, was named one of CUNA’s annual Rock Stars, and was presented with the coveted Marketing Trailblazer award. His marketing efforts over the years have resulted in numerous CUNA Diamond marketing awards. He is a CUDE-certified industry leader, as well.

Alan has a BA degree from the University of St Thomas, St. Paul, MN and a Master’s degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Monterey, CA.

Monica Williams: Manager of Learning and Development

Monica Williams joined the Aux Team in June of 2022, and as the Manager of our Learning and Development team, leads our internal and external training and development for credit union specific, compliance, executive, managerial, H.R., and employee training.  Monica has 15 years of credit union experience and most recently was a Senior Training Specialist with Belvoir Federal Credit Union. With a focus on excellence, Monica has implemented learning systems within our Aux Team that ensures our continued focus on keeping your team poised to thrive into the future. Monica is an ATD eLearning Certified Learning Professional and designs credit union specific courses, both digital and in-person, to keep the Aux Team at the forefront of today’s demanding credit union community. As a client of the Aux Team, your staff can also benefit from Monica’s training expertise with a structured team training course or a one-on-one executive specific class, thus ensuring your staff is ready to meet industry standards head on.

🔍 The Compliance Team

Kristen Tatlock

Kristen Tatlock, CUCE, BSACS: Senior Compliance Manager

Kristen assists credit unions with issues ranging from advertising rules to bylaws, from Social Media compliance matters to Regulation Z, and just about every regulation and compliance concern in between. She has earned Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act certifications from the two national credit union trade associations.

She regularly presents compliance training programs for credit unions, CUNA, NAFCU, and many state Leagues around the country.  She has also edited and revised numerous compliance training courses and modules for CUNA CPD and has authored several articles for various CUNA publications. She is a gifted speaker and often receives incredibly high marks for her presentations.

Kristen earned BA and MA degrees in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia (UVA) in beautiful Charlottesville, VA.

Jamin Carlisle headshot

Jamin Carlisle, CUCE, BSACS: Compliance Manager

As do all our Aux Compliance Team members, Jamin has extensive experience in credit union-specific compliance. His primary areas of expertise include BSA/AML, vendor management, disaster recovery, and staff training.

In addition to in-house credit union compliance experience, Jamin has served on planning committees for consumer awareness and elder abuse conferences and given presentations to local community colleges, high schools, and community groups. Jamin has developed and provided compliance and BSA training for groups as large as 350 people.

Prior to beginning his career in compliance, Jamin completed his BA and MA at The University of Tennessee Knoxville and worked as a graduate lecturer.

Jason Clarke, CUCE, CUERME, NCCO, BSACS: VP Compliance

Jason has over 20 years experience in the credit union movement, 15 of which have been in regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, risk management, and advocacy.  In that time, he has obtained compliance and risk management certifications from both credit union trade associations and served on legislative and regulatory affairs committees for a credit union, the Virginia Credit Union League, and local Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Aux in December 2020, Jason spent 15 years developing, building, and maintaining the compliance and risk management program at a community credit union.

As an adult he fulfilled a life-long dream of attending and obtaining a degree (Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies – Social Science) from the University of Virginia.

Kyla Dartez

Kyla Dartez, NCCO, CUCE, BSACS: Compliance Specialist II

Prior to becoming a full-time Compliance Officer in 2002, Kyla spent almost 15 years in Credit Union operations gaining valuable experience and insight into how regulatory compliance works in the “real world.” She now applies that knowledge as a Compliance Specialist, assisting with product development, staff training, advertising review, development of policies and procedures, and the completion of various regulatory compliance reviews.

Kyla regularly attends meetings of the Capital Area Compliance Roundtable and Bank Secrecy Act Roundtable. Kyla is a CUNA certified Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO), and a certified Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS).

Maggie Davis, CUCE, BSACS: Compliance Specialist II

Prior to joining the Aux Team, Maggie worked for Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) as a Universal Member Service Representative. She has experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Business Specialist, and IRA/Trust Specialist. Prior to NFCU, she worked for a local credit union in Santa Cruz, California.

Credit unions are special to Maggie because of the way members are viewed: they are not just another account number. She feels extremely fortunate that she is able to be an asset to credit unions so they can continue to put member service at the forefront.

While Maggie’s degrees are in Psychology, Compliance has always been a field that she has sought out; she finds the compliance arena interesting and critical to the credit industry. It is easy to see that she has a great passion for what she does.

Tanner Veis, BSACS, CUCE, CCUIA: Compliance Manager

Tanner recently moved to Tulsa, OK in January of 2022. He obtained his master’s degree in business administration in 2020. Before joining Aux, Tanner worked for Bear Paw Credit Union as an Internal Auditor and BSA Compliance Officer. He has been in the financial services industry for 7 years now. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching basketball and golf. He also likes to play basketball and golf himself, as well as hike. Tanner enjoys folk music and hip hop. He is engaged and his fiancé and he have 2 rescue pups, named Lulu and Paula. Lulu is a husky and Paula is a yorkie.

Laurie Moody: Compliance Consultant

Laurie resides in Woodridge, VA, with her husband. She has 2 adult children as well as 4 grandchildren. Laurie worked for United States Senate FCU as Vice President of Retail Operations for 3 years. Prior to that worked in various capacities at Belvoir FCU with Gaye, (our VP of Compliance). When Laurie left US Senate FCU they discussed that perhaps Laurie would be a great fit for Aux and then she joined our team. Laurie has been in the financial services industry since 1999. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, hiking, and dining with friends. She also likes rock ‘n’ roll music, especially Bruce Springsteen.

Barbara Silva: Compliance Specialist II

Barbara has spent over 14 years working in the credit union movement, handling a variety of roles. After spending several years working as a Teller Supervisor, Consumer Loan Originator, and a Compliance Specialist; she has grasped a comprehensive view of credit unions. The past 3 years have provided her with a learning experience focused around BSA/AML, fraud, and regulations.

She earned her Masters in Criminal Justice with a focus in Crime Data Analysis and a Bachelors in Business Administration. Additionally, Barbara is a Certified Fraud Examiner through ACFE.

During her spare time Barbara teaches group fitness classes for a local studio, volunteers at her children’s schools, and travels to National Parks with her family. She enjoys listening to podcasts and 80’s music.

Sara Lindsey

Sara Lindsey: Compliance Specialist I

Sara joined the Aux Team in September 2020, originally being onboarded as a support role for the company. She’s experienced in a variety of business functions, previously providing support roles in the Accounting, Law, and Marketing fields. Her diversified experience primed her to apply needed support across multiple departments at Aux.

Her experience in a support role at Aux prepared her to be a good fit for the Aux Compliance team, furthering her career at Aux by joining the Compliance team as a Compliance Specialist I in April 2023.

Prior to her career at Aux, Sara earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.

Luisa Bennett

Luisa Bennett: Controller

Luisa has over 12 years of banking experience, working her way up from a teller position to branch manager. Most recently, she worked as an Accountant for Members Choice Credit Union, where she had the opportunity to balance multiple daily and monthly GL accounts and participations for month end close and call report.

 

Luisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston-Victoria, TX and currently working on her Master of Accountancy where she expects to graduate in the fall of ’22 and sit in for the CPA exam. She enjoys being part of the Aux Team and bringing her experience and strong skills to the team in order to assist clients. When she’s not working or studying, she’s watching sports or spending quality time with her family, who live in Katy, Texas.

Oscar Dixon

Oscar Dixon: Controller

Oscar manages daily processing and monthly reconciliations for our Outsourced Accounting credit union clients.

Oscar recently completed his accounting degree at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, CO.

Jeny Flamenco

Jeny Flamenco: Accounting Supervisor

Jeny has 15 years of credit union experience, working her way up from Teller into back office operations. She has extensive knowledge of accounting daily processing, such as ACH, drafts, wires, chargebacks, and ATM & Debit card processing. She also had the opportunity to balance the corporate account, cash letter, official checks, and reconciled various general ledger accounts. Most recently, Jeny was the Deposit Operations Manager at Members Choice Credit Union in Houston, TX.

Jeny is excited to be at Aux and loves how much there is to learn while working with the various credit union clients.

Brandon Garcia: Accountant I

Brandon is a recent graduate from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He is excited for the opportunity to dive in and learn about the credit union accounting industry. Brandon enjoys learning new accounting techniques and procedures that will allow him more opportunities to help existing and potential clients. He has his Bachelor’s degree in accounting and his favorite hobbies include hiking, golf, and taking his dog for walks. His favorite sports to watch include golf, basketball, and football.

Katie Haberkorn

Katie Haberkorn: Accountant II

Katie manages various functions for our Outsourced Accounting clients, like daily processing, ACH and indirect lending. Her previous experience in banking includes check processing and vault operations.

Daniel Nienhaus

Daniel Nienhaus: Controller

Daniel enjoys the variety of accounting procedures and processes that working in our Outsourced Accounting department provides. The team is constantly learning and solving new problems, and it really keeps them on their toes.

Daniel has his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Metro State University in Denver, CO and is proud to be an Eagle Scout.

Carmina Paniagua: Controller

Carmina has 25 years in experience with financial institutions, which includes 12 years in credit union accounting. She has strong skills in problem solving and developing processes to build efficiency within the organization. Previously, Carmina was the Finance Director at Members Choice Credit Union in Houston, Texas for 7 years, and prior to that was the Accounting Manager at USE Credit Union in Tomball, Texas for 5 years.

Allyshia Silva: Accountant I

Allyshia enjoys working the day-to-day operations of some of our full-service accounting clients. She has 10 years in customer services relations and is excited about learning accounting from a credit union’s perspective as well as learning and growing with the team she is working with.

Allyshia is currently attending University of Colorado Denver and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business.

Patty Simons: VP of Accounting

Patty has 24 years of experience with financial institutions helping them build accurate reporting systems, reconcile accounts, and implement best practices.

Prior to joining Aux, Patty worked as the Business Analyst Manager for Members Choice Credit Union in Katy, Texas for 10 years. She worked for Citibank credit card services as a budgeting and forecasting analyst for the Houston and Des Moines call centers. Patty worked for BBVA corporate bank division as the manager of their corporate incentive plan.

Patty has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Marketing from Slippery Rock University – Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania.

Dariane Jackson: Accountant I

Dariane enjoys the detail-oriented work and problem solving techniques that are challenged and learned daily with our AUX-some Accounting team. She completes daily processing, ACH, Shared Branching and daily Recons for our Outsourced Accounting clients.

Her favorite hobbies include spending quality time outside with her daughter, Demi, Skating, playing Basketball, and watching “Growing Up Animal” on Disney Plus.

Dariane currently has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University and is excited to continue her education and training with Aux.

Michael Giacalone: VP of Accounting

Michael has over 25 years of accounting experience in financial institutions, including 18 years with Credit Unions. He has held positions as Accounting Manager, Controller, and CFO from very small to very large institutions. In addition, his extensive knowledge and experience includes regulatory reporting, implementation of new accounting systems, compliance, and auditing. He is enthusiastic about helping Credit Unions remain relevant and successful.

Michael possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Bentley University – Waltham, MA.

Ana Palmer: Accountant II

Ana has 9 years of customer service experience with the last 4 years in a Credit Union setting. Ana has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and is excited to join the Aux team.

Ana likes baking, crafting, and going to the park with her two little ones. Ana has a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Jordan Tkalec: Accounting Supervisor

Jordan has over 7 years of credit union experience, working her way up from Teller to Accountant. Most recently, she worked as an Accountant for Peach State Federal Credit Union, where she had the opportunity to balance daily corporate accounts, GL accounts, and worked as an Accountant for CUSO clients.

Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from Brenau University, in Gainesville, GA. She enjoys being a part of the AUX team and using her passion to help clients. When she’s not working, she is enjoying spending time with family and friends on the lake and good music.

Emma Williams: Accounting Supervisor

Emma has over 6 years of credit union experience. Emma started her career with a small town credit union, working as a teller and eventually working her way up to an Accountant. Emma has worked with many different daily processes including, ACH, ATM & Debit Card, share drafts, chargebacks, wires, official checks, GAP & forced placed insurance and accounts payable. Month End duties Emma worked on include, fixed assets & prepaids, accrued interest, share change and board reports. Emma enjoys learning new processes and problem solving. With having her roots in the credit union world Emma is excited to be at Aux and to have the chance to help credit unions.

Emma has her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Gardner-Webb University.

Kalela Terry: Accountant II

Kalela has over 20 years of accounting experience with 10 plus years of experience with credit unions.  She started as a teller and worked her way up to the Accounting Department.  Having worked in Member Services and Loans, she has an intensive knowledge of Credit Union daily operations and back-office functions.  She has experience in daily processing of ACH, shared branching, wires, share drafts, ATM & debit card processing and balancing, and reconciling general ledgers.

Kalela earned her BBA in Accounting Information Management from Davenport University, Warren MI. She also holds a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management Peoria, IL.  Kalela enjoys reading, sewing, and studying American Sign Language.  Her goal is to sit for the state licensure test for ASL in 2024.

Cat Eddleman Murzyn: Accounting Supervisor

Cat has 22 years of experience working with credit unions, financial institutions, and private accounting. She has enjoyed learning various aspects of accounting throughout her career and applies them to her position here at Aux. Cat manages daily processes and month end processes for our Outsourced Accounting clients.

Cat currently lives in New Hampshire with her husband, son, and menagerie of pets. Her favorite hobbies are sewing, reading, and crafting. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albertus Magnus College in Connecticut.

Jennifer Cobb: Controller

Jennifer enjoys being outside in the warm weather and near the beach, which is a big part of why she moved to Champions Gate, FL in September of 2021. She previously worked at Farm Credit of Central Florida as a Post Close and Servicing Administrator. Jennifer has been in the financial services industry for 30 years, with 27 of those years in the credit union industry. She started as a teller with Lampco Federal Credit Union in Anderson, IN, where she learned as much as she could. She has held different positions as ACH Coordinator, Loan Officer, accounting department and CFO. Jennifer absolutely loves the credit union mission as well as working in a credit union, where the members become like family. Aux allows her the opportunity to work with many credit unions and help with their needs.

Ana Espinoza: Accountant II

Ana is originally from Mexico. She graduated in 2019 with a BBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at El Paso. In the middle of the pandemic, she was given an opportunity where she started working for Fitzsimons Credit Union. Ana started as a teller then moved to the accounting department. There she processed ACH, domestic and international wires, and did daily reconciliation of critical accounts. She wants to keep learning and improving, and she believes that Aux is the best place for her to be able to do that.

Lisa Watson: Accountant II

Lisa has worked in banking for 25 years, working her way from teller into the accounting department.  She has worked for banks as well as Hanscom Federal Credit Union.  Lisa has balanced g/l’s, fixed assets & prepaids, securities as well as bank reconciliations, ATM reconciliation, shared branching reconciliation and accounts payable.  She enjoys outdoor activities and watching hockey.  Originally from Massachusetts but now resides in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Lisa looks forward to being a strong asset here at Aux.

Alyssa Stiles: Accountant III

Alyssa currently resides in York, PA with her husband of almost 2 years and their dog, an Australian Shepard, named Kobe. Alyssa has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minor in finance. She previously was employed with Members 1st Federal Credit Union where she balanced fixed assets, prepaid assets, ATMs, and debit card chargebacks. Alyssa has been in the financial services industry for 8 years now, with 7 of those years being in the credit union industry. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and playing with her dog. She also enjoys all types of music, including country and alternative pop. Alyssa was super excited to find Aux, where she is able to fully work remotely doing accounting work, which is exactly what she has been looking for.

Stephanie Marino: Accountant I

Stephanie lives in Erie, PA with her spoiled cat named Nutmeg. She has her bachelor’s in accounting and has been in the financial services industry for three years now. In Stephanie’s spare time, she enjoys playing video games, crafting, and crocheting.

Becca Whitmire: Accountant II

Prior to joining the Aux team, Becca graduated from Clemson University in 2016 and gained 5 years of banking and accounting experience. Following graduation, she spent 4 years in the retail banking industry moving up from a floating teller to a Branch Banker II. After that, Becca spent a year processing payroll and bookkeeping for a small CPA firm. Becca has a golden retriever, Jack, and two cats, Luci and Maybel, that keep her entertained outside of work. When she’s not working or playing with her pets, you will find Becca in her vegetable garden, either watering, fertilizing, or harvesting seasonal vegetables.

Tracey Sweetland: Accountant II

Tracey has worked her way up in banking from her first job as a bookkeeper.  For the last 25 years Tracey has worked in the Credit Union industry and has held positions as a Central Lending & Underwriting Manager, Collection Manager and most recently the Call Center Manager at Members Choice Credit Union in Houston, TX.

Tracey is excited to have the opportunity to join Aux team and continue helping others succeed in their financial goals.

Jessie Laszewski: Accountant III

Jessie has a passion for the credit union world, and what drew her to Aux is the opportunity to work with credit union accounting processes across the country. She started her career with Simplicity Credit Union in November 2002 as a teller, where she acquired a wide variety of experience. Jessie has spent much of her career in accounting as a specialist and supervisor. She was also a call center supervisor and part of the IT team as both a core systems specialist and an IT support specialist. Jessie has held key roles during many different implementations, such as the credit union core system migration, forming the credit union call center, two credit union mergers, credit union intranet migration, and project manager for a complete online banking migration. She greatly enjoyed taking the lead in the credit union’s ACH processing and audits, for which she received Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification. Most of all, she enjoys utilizing the skills she gained to develop and refine the procedures and processes for the credit union.

Jessie lives in central Wisconsin, and in her free time she enjoys being with friends and family, riding her motorcycle, camping, UTV off-roading, snowmobiling, and ice fishing—well,  actually just watching others ice fish.

Andrea Holzheimer

Andrea Holzheimer: Accounting Supervisor

Andrea joined AUX in December of 2022. She has over 16 years of credit union experience, working her way up from member services to accounting manager. She was able to gain experience in many areas including ACH, Share Drafts, Investments, Fixed Assets, Prepaids, Month-end close, and Call Report.

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montana State University, Northern in Havre. She is also a graduate of Western CUNA Management School class of 2017.

She loves being a part of the AUX team where she can share her experience and skills with the team and clients. When she is not working she is helping her husband and son run their ranch in Montana.

Jana Whitmire: Accountant I

Over the last year, Jana has moved from an entry-level teller to an interim lead teller position in a community bank in Greenville, South Carolina. She found an appreciation for the back office, and she is excited to transition into an accounting role! While still new to the financial industry, she is learning as much as possible to become knowledgeable about all aspects related to the credit union movement. Jana graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in sociology. She is currently completing her Master of Science with Johns Hopkins University in Data Analytics and Public Policy, with a specializing focus in statistics. When she’s not working or focusing on her studies, Jana enjoys reading, puzzles, and spending time with friends and family.

Rich Nave, CPA: CFO Consultant

Rich has over 38 years of finance and accounting experience, including 17 years in the credit union industry, the last 13 as the CFO for a large credit union in New York. Prior to that Rich has held various finance positions in both publicly traded and private organizations across various industries.

Rich is passionate about helping credit unions thrive. Collaborative and service-oriented, Rich provides strategic insights and critical decision-making analytics while communicating the story behind the numbers. He is also passionate about leadership and organizational growth.

Marianne Quinn: VP of CFO Services

Marianne has more than 20 years of credit union experience. She has held CFO positions at IDB Global Federal Credit Union ($750 million in assets) and at Advantage Financial Federal Credit Union ($120 million in assets).

She has worked extensively with investment and loan participation portfolios, helped develop a commercial lending program, written and enhanced policies, led budget development, improved liquidity monitoring tools, implemented CECL, strengthened internal controls, and improved accounting processes. She increased the use of data analytics to strategically grow credit union product usage.

Marianne enjoys the challenge of improving performance while managing risks. She has significant experience working with asset liability management including what-if scenarios, NEV and NII monitoring and forecasting and improved the reporting to the Board and Finance Committee. She regularly participated in and led discussions at the Board of Directors and Finance Committee meetings.

In addition, she has managed numerous NCUA exams and audits including resolving documents of resolution and findings.

Marianne majored in Finance and minored in English at Georgetown University. She also received a certificate in Advancing DEI in the Workplace from Georgetown.

Bill Allen

Bill Allen: Accountant II

Bill has over 13 years of credit union experience, starting off as a Teller and backup Accounting Technician out of college. Prior to joining the Aux Team, he worked as an Accountant for Northern Credit Union for 11 years, where he learned everything from daily journal entries and processing accounts payable to board reporting and call reports. Bill is very excited to be on the AUX team to learn how differently credit unions process tasks and to work with the credit unions to improve efficiencies.

Prior to starting his career, Bill achieved a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego in May of ‘09. While working for Northern Credit Union, Bill went back to school to achieve a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SUNY Oswego in May of ‘19. Bill lives in Lowville, New York, with his wife, two daughters, and many pets. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing games of all types (board, video, and sports games).

Helen Cryer

Helen Cryer: Accountant II

Helen Cryer began her career doing backroom banking services for small banks and savings and loan financial institutions. She then began her journey in the banking industry, working on return items, research, adjustments, and FRB settlement. In 2000, she began working for MemberSource Credit Union in the accounting department and fell in love with the credit union movement. Her last position at MSCU was as the accounting manager. She brings a lifetime of experience to Aux LLC and is thrilled to work for you.

Byron Wah: Accountant III

Byron has 10 years of credit union experience, holding various positions including teller, operations support, accounting clerk, and accountant. In his previous role as accountant at The Summit Federal Credit Union, a 1.3 billion-dollar asset-sized credit union with 89,000 members, he performed a variety of duties, including daily and monthly GL balancing, budget preparation, and call reporting.

Byron is currently a senior at SUNY Brockport pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and he will have 150 credit hours upon graduation and will sit for the CPA exam. In his free time, he enjoys attending concerts, music festivals (SXSW, GovBall, Music MidTown), film festivals (Sundance, Full Frame, TIFF) and traveling.

Andrea Graverson: Controller

Andrea has 20 years of financial industry knowledge, with the last 5 years being with Evergreen Credit Union in Neenah, Wisconsin as the VP-Finance. She started her financial career part-time while still in high school, alphabetizing and scanning signature cards. She slowly worked her way to different departments such as deposit operations, loan processing, and accounting. Each transition allowed her to see how all the different areas work together to achieve the end goal.

Throughout her career she spearheaded projects such as implementing a new Time & Attendance and Payroll system, onboarding a new e-Doc system at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as improving processes and procedures creating efficiency within the credit union. She likes to stay challenged and considers herself a life-long learner.

In her free time, she spends it chasing her 3-year old son and two bonus kids, hiking and attending concerts with her husband, working on puzzles, reading, and being outside soaking up the sunlight.

Bridgette Mayon: Business Development Account Manager

Bridgette Mayon joined the Aux Team in December 2021. She has over 36 years of progressive financial banking experience with the last 7 years in the credit union industry and the last 5 years as the VP of Member Services, Chief Retail Officer and Chief Experience Officer.  She knew when she joined the credit union movement her passion was fulfilled.

She will share her combined experience and enthusiasm with credit union clients. Bridgette has always had a passion for helping others and finding resolutions that would help them meet and exceed their goals. Now she’s excited to say, “I’m the person that has the privilege of helping credit unions every single day!”

Bridgette enjoys learning new things and has rediscovered her favorite hobby of crafting. She most enjoys spending time with her family and her three “Grand-Girls”.

Aaron Geller: Marketing & Brand Manager

As soon as he was of legal working age, Aaron started working for credit unions. Employed at one of the biggest credit unions in Wisconsin, he started out as a teller and soon moved up the ranks to become a marketing associate. He is a master at both message dissemination and content production. Most recently, Aaron left his position as Director of Strategy at a social media advertising agency. In his capacity as Director of Strategy, he provided employee training on digital marketing strategy and tactics. Additionally, his efforts helped to develop a new line of business that accounted for roughly 20% of total company revenue within the first year of launch.

At the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Aaron studied radio, television, and film broadcasting. Ultimately, Aaron credits his success in marketing to his love of storytelling and meticulousness.
