If you are a reader of our blog, you’ll know how important we feel improvements to member identity and security are, especially in such an extreme digital/virtual time. That being said, we are big fans of MemberPass™ and their recent strides in providing a contactless identity solution for members. Just last month, they announced that their app is now available in the Apple and Google Play stores, and today they have released a ground-breaking study in partnership with Filene Research Institute. If there was any doubt before that members aren’t ready for this technology, then this study will put it to rest. Indeed, over two-thirds of members surveyed would trust their credit union more if they offered a solution such as MemberPass™. The survey includes key stats on member feelings, security, and fraud, and is worth a read.
